HomeView gives you an overview of your smart home and indicates the actual status of your devices, letting you discover security risks, such as an open garage, quickly. When first using this new addition, you can select the color, siding, and roof of your virtual residence to coorelate with your actual home.
How to customize the Vivint App experience
Your experience in the Vivint App is totally customizable. Include the HomeView tool and then set up the My Home tab however you prefer. In this easy-to-use dashboard, you can rearrange tiles so what’s most important to you is given priority. For instance, you might want a quick-action button to arm or disarm your system in the first spot, followed by security sensors, surveillance, and energy usage. Everything from your camera footage to your thermostat is all in one place.
The updated Vivint App is available to all customers, regardless of the package you pick, and now features a dark mode to improve visibility and lower eye strain in dim lighting.
